  • Byline or co-byline for nearly 500 stories as of December 2023

  • Works to provide coverage of Syracuse University's men’s and women’s basketball teams

  • Writes a minimum of three stories per week

  • Responsible for pitching stories weekly, attending player and coach press conferences and providing live game analysis for both teams

  • Content produced includes previews for games, in-game and postgame analysis, evaluation of team decisions and bigger picture analysis on the broader college basketball landscape

  • Collaborates with other writers to produce content like panel articles and Q&A segments

Executive Producer and On-Air Analyst, CitrusTV

  • Began as the executive producer for Noticias, the only Spanish-language news broadcast originating in central New York and one of only a few college student-run Spanish news broadcasts in the country

  • Former executive producer of News Live at Six, the station’s main 30-minute newscast

  • Currently works as a political analyst for Talking Points and Market Shares

  • Wrote, produced and went on-air 40 total segments between Talking Points and Market Shares

2021 - Present

Syracuse University's Office of Admissions - Tour Guide, Tour Manager and Senior Intern

  • Interviewed nearly 100 high school seniors during the fall 2023 semester

  • Submitted write-ups for each interviewee, which gets attached as part of their application

  • Works as a tour guide since the spring 2021 semester

  • Maintained his role as tour manager since the fall 2022 semester

  • Responsible as a tour guide for providing admission tours for prospective and admitted students

    • Must be well-informed about Syracuse University, including its history, academic structure, opportunities, living policies, and more

  • Tasked as tour manager with keeping track of the tour guides on roster, preparing material to hand out to prospective families bags and keeping track of new tour guides as they go through a multi-step tour guide approval process

2022 - Present

Intern, Syracuse Office of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D)

  • Began as a virtual intern during the fall 2021 semester, working about eight hours per week

  • Works in the Senate Majority Leader's Syracuse office located in downtown Syracuse for approximately three hours a week

  • Served as a press intern in Washington, D.C. during the summer of 2023

  • Responsibilities include submitting news clippings in the morning during every shift for Senator Schumer to read, working with constituents if they need any kind of assistance and attending press conferences in which the Senator is expected to make an announcement in the central New York area

Dominic is currently double majoring in history at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and in broadcast and digital journalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. He is also minoring in Spanish at the College of Arts and Sciences.

Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, GPA: 3.72 (unweighted), 4.83 (weighted)

Dominic served as the Extemporaneous Speech Captain for the school's Speech and Debate team, where he qualified for the state tournament three times and advanced to the semifinals twice. He was also selected to participate in the Tournament of Champions twice (2019 and 2020). He also served as a student ambassador for prospective students interested in the school and gave tours during open houses.
