Reflecting on the life of Pearl Washington, one of Syracuse University's most exciting men's college basketball ever.

My debut as a basketball writer covering the Syracuse men's basketball team. No better way to enjoy the experience than a classic former Big East rivalry game against the Georgetown Hoyas.

I originally got hired by SB Nation to serve mainly as the Syracuse women's basketball team beat writer. This includes game previews, game coverage, and postgame breakdowns, weekly looks at the broader NCAAW landscape and other analytical pieces that I pitch.

Here is an example of one of my game coverage assignments working as the women's basketball beat writer.

This is a sample of my weekly catchup article on what's going on across the women's basketball landscape. This includes looking back and ahead at Syracuse's schedule, announcing a "player of the week" honor, and breaking down the latest trends in the ACC and the NCAAW.

Fortunately, part of working with NunesMagician includes being able to talk with the other staffers and have conversations after Syracuse Athletics news on a frequent basis. Here is one of my appearances for the Disloyal Idiots: A Syracuse Podcast

A sample article of me getting out of my comfort zone and tackling a story idea about the Syracuse football team.

I've been fortunate to be live for two significant coaching changes during my time at Syracuse University - Jim Boeheim's tenure ending with men's basketball and Adrian Autry taking his place, as well as Fran Brown becoming the new football head coach after the firing of Dino Babers.

Reflecting on one of the NBA's greatest players on and off the court.

A history-based article looking back at the rise and fall of the Utah Jazz with Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell.

My debut article for The Lead previewing the 2022 NBA Draft.

Analyzing how Nuggets' star Nikola Jokic ranks within the MVP conversation for the 2022-2023 NBA season.
